Machine stretch film that holds more, with less film.
We supply three ranges of machine stretch film and test them on real pallets. Nanofilm and FiberFilm give the best containment, cost per pallet and consistency; our traditional 250% range covers the rest.
Not sure which you need? We’ll measure your current film per pallet and prove the difference on your own line.

Three ranges of machine stretch film.
All supplied in 16kg gross rolls on a 1.1kg core, so every quote converts straight to a price per kilo of usable film.
Nanofilm
Nano stretch film. Built from 67 nano-layers, from 10 microns thin, with high holding force, consistent performance at speed and stretch of up to 380%.
Best for demanding, high-volume machine wrapping.
FiberFilm
Reinforced from within. Each pallet uses up to 60% less plastic, holds just as securely, and the film doesn’t break mid-wrap. Cost per pallet down up to 40%.
Best for heavy, tall or awkward loads.
250% range
The traditional workhorse. 250% power pre-stretch film in 17, 20 and 23 micron, on 16kg rolls with 1.1kg cores for honest like-for-like quotes.
Best where a conventional film fits your loads.
Why we recommend Nanofilm and FiberFilm. We recommend the film that wins on your pallets, not the one we prefer. In our benchmarks, the films that most consistently deliver the best containment, cost per pallet and consistency are Nanofilm and FiberFilm. If you buy 17, 20 or 23 micron 250% film from us, we guarantee we can beat it with our Nanofilm or FiberFilm ranges.
Machine stretch film compared.
*Calculated figures based on 250% power pre-stretch: identical 16kg rolls (14.9kg of film), 15 rotations of a 4.4 metre perimeter pallet.
| Nanofilm | FiberFilm | 250% range | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Demanding, high-volume machine wrapping | Heavy, tall or awkward loads | Loads where a conventional film fits |
| Strength from | 67 nano-layers | Reinforcement within the film | The thickness of the film |
| Containment | High holding force | Holds just as securely with up to 60% less plastic | Set by the gauge you choose |
| Film per pallet | Less film on every pallet | Up to 60% less plastic | 147g, 173g or 199g (17, 20, 23 micron)* |
| Cost per pallet | Lower film use, fewer reel changes | Down up to 40% | The benchmark to beat |
| Consistency | Consistent performance at speed | Doesn’t break mid-wrap | Depends on the gauge and machine settings |
For comparison, our High Elongation Nanofilm wraps the same pallet with as little as 76g of film. That is the gap the benchmark below is built to prove.
The best film is only a third of the answer.
Choosing the right machine stretch film matters, but maximum benefit takes three things working together: the right film, expert application knowledge, and a machine performing to a consistently high standard. Whichever 17, 20 or 23 micron 250% film you buy from us, we guarantee we can beat it with our Nanofilm or FiberFilm ranges. Book a benchmarking appointment or demo day and we’ll prove it on your own pallets.

An accountable machine
A wrapper that proves, every single day, that it is still delivering the numbers you signed off.
INNOV8, our Ultimate Accountability stretch wrapper, sends you a daily report on exactly what is going on in your wrapping operation: pallets wrapped, film used, and any drift from the settings proven on your loads. The savings you sign off stay delivered, and you see it in writing every morning.
Start with a free benchmarking visit. At worst, you walk away with peace of mind that your operation is already optimised. If we spot gaps in performance, we will help you close them on your own machines, with an ROI calculator that shows exactly what closing them is worth, or what switching to INNOV8 would return.

What is machine stretch film?
Machine stretch film is the pallet wrap used on powered wrapping machines. It’s stretched as it’s applied, usually by the machine’s own pre-stretch, so each metre covers more of the load than hand film.
Which machine stretch film do I need?
It depends on your loads and your machine. Nanofilm suits demanding, high-volume machine wrapping, FiberFilm suits heavy, tall or awkward loads, and our 250% range covers 17, 20 and 23 micron for traditional power pre-stretch machines. A free benchmark on your own pallets shows which wins.
What is nano stretch film?
Nano stretch film is machine stretch film made from many ultra-thin layers co-extruded together, giving a thin film more strength and stretch than a conventional film. Our Nanofilm is built from 67 nano-layers, from 10 microns thin.
Nanofilm or FiberFilm: what’s the difference?
Both cut the plastic on every pallet. FiberFilm is reinforced from within, for heavy, tall or awkward loads. Nanofilm is built from 67 nano-layers for demanding, high-volume machine wrapping.
What does 250% power pre-stretch mean?
The wrapper’s pre-stretch unit stretches the film by 250% before it reaches the load, so one metre of film becomes three and a half metres.
Will my machine run Nanofilm or FiberFilm?
Usually. At the benchmark we test the film on your machine and your loads, and tell you straight.
How do I compare machine stretch film prices?
Compare the cost per pallet, not the price per roll. Check the core weight, then the price per kilo of usable film, then what each pallet actually costs to wrap. Our free benchmark does this for you.
