Where the advanced programmability pays off

Build tension through the cycle. For light or unstable loads, the wrap can begin at a lower tension and build progressively through the cycle. The pallet is contained on the up cycle — then we increase the tension on the way down, reinforcing key areas for maximum containment.

Reinforce by zone. Nine independently controlled zones put film exactly where the load needs holding, and nowhere it doesn't.

Hold tension, live. A load cell measures film tension in real time and holds it constant. Lock it in. Settings lock keeps your commissioned recipe exactly as signed off — and the daily report proves it.

Wrapper Q&A — straight answers

How much does it cost?
Just ask — you don't need a site survey to get a quote. Every quotation covers the machine and any options in one written number, with delivery, installation by our own technicians and training for your team always included. If you want exact savings figures for your own operation, the free site survey and benchmarking audit add those. Ask about current launch pricing when you get in touch.

How long from order to delivery?
Typically two weeks to get a machine delivered and installed by one of our own technicians. Need it faster? We'll always try to accommodate.

Are these in stock in the UK?
Yes — the 1,650 mm turntable model with 300% gears, wrapping up to 2.0 m high, is in stock and ready to go. Optional extras are built to order and take a little longer.

What options are available?
A 2.3 m high mast for taller loads and weigh-while-you-wrap pallet weighing, both built to order — plus anything site-specific you need. All priced in your written quotation.

What warranty do I get?
One year electrical and mechanical, from the date of install — not the date of shipment.

Do you offer a service contract?
We do. Agreed at the point of sale: pre-paid service visits, two to four times a year as standard.

Do you have to have the Cloud Data?
No. All machines arrive pre-wired, but it's not compulsory to switch it on — although we highly recommend it for controlling costs long term.

What does the Cloud Data give me — and what does it cost?
A portal login showing film breaks, throughput and consumption per pallet — live, with a summary report to your management team at the end of every working day. It's a fixed £90 a month if activated — and the free benchmarking audit shows you, in your own numbers, whether the savings outweigh it before you decide.

Is installation and training included?
Yes. Our technician installs, commissions the machine on your real loads, locks the settings, and trains your team on the same visit — all included in the machine price.

Will it run my existing film?
Usually — but 300% pre-stretch works hardest with film specified for it. At the site survey we test your current film and tell you straight.

What do I need on site?
A spare corner and a socket. 1,650 mm turntable, loading ramp as standard so no pit or groundworks, and it runs off a standard 3-pin plug. Pallets up to 1,200 × 1,200 mm and 1,700 kg.

Does it need connecting to our IT systems?
No. Connectivity is built in via GSM — no network access, no IT project. Switch it on and the data flows to your portal.

Why does film and machine from one supplier matter?
Because when wrapping goes wrong, split responsibility means no responsibility. With INNOV8, the machine, the film and the data all come from Packaging Innovations — so if the daily numbers slip, there's exactly one phone number to ring, and it's ours.
